John Hubinger - Affiliate of Total Funding Investments, LLC. Mergers/Acquisitions and Securities Mr. Hubinger is currently the Managing Partner for The Hubinger Group and a partner in Hubinger Philipson Inc. In these positions he is the financial and marketing council to more then 20 companies including Total Funding Investments, LLC. He assists in public shells and reverse mergers and has managed multiple IPO offerings for these companies and others. Most notable IPO's are; Central Maine & Power, Champion Auto Parts, Apache Trailers and Texas Eastern Transmission. Mr. Hubinger is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Economics, Geography and Art.
