Marcus Broussard - Commercial Real Estate and Finance
Marcus Broussard brings over 15 years residential and commercial real estate experience to our business. His residential lending career started with Ameriquest Mortgage and eventually Benchmark Mortgage where he was responsible for generating $30 million annually in home loan purchases and refinance loans. With his introduction in Commercial Lending over the past five years, he has been responsible for facilitating financing for new commercial, equipment, SBA and USDA loans as well as lines of credit. In 2007, Marcus helped form Centennial Commercial Lending Corp. where he handled securing loans for Owner-Occupied commercial properties, as well as Investor properties. At Total Funding Investments LLC, Marcus will be responsible for syndication and placement of SBA, USDA, CMBS, participation's, TIF financing, industry revenue bonds and commercial real estate financing .He will perform advisory services in risk management, market feasibility studies, commercial loan policy, loan underwriting guidelines and operational policies for our clients.
